There is no co-relation between the PRC granted and the number of units set up. This is mainly due to the fact that units are coming up with entrepreneurs’ own finance and efforts.  Measures should be taken to convene meetings of  PRC holders bi-monthly to review the stages of implementation and render necessary assistance to overcome the hurdles being faced by the PRC holders so that the provisional registered units can be grounded.
