About 98.8% of units are in the tiny sector. At the first instance, DICs should promote higher capital investment by detail study and identify entrepreneurs to motivate them. This should be a continuous process. Besides, escort service is to be provided by the DICs for higher achievement in Above Tiny sector. It is expected that with the setting up of adequate numbers of large industries, ancillary & downstream Above Tiny sector units could come up in significant numbers.
